When you choose a PROTECT Fog Cannon®, you’re choosing unmatched quality and long-term reliability. That’s why every PROTECT Fog Cannon® comes with a 5-year warranty—automatically included with your purchase.

No product registration required.

The warranty is valid from the original invoice date issued by PROTECT to the alarm installation company and follows the fog cannon throughout its life cycle.

Note: Our Xtratus® and Xtratus Flex® models come with a 2-year warranty.

 

Warranty conditions

To ensure your warranty remains valid:

• The fog cannon must be installed according to the official PROTECT installation manual.

• Only original PROTECT parts and fog fluid may be used.

Use of third-party components or improper installation will void the warranty.

 

Fog fluid lifespan

To maintain peak performance, the PROTECT fog fluid must be used within its recommended shelf life:

• Installed fluid container: expires 2 years after installation in a fog cannon.

• Unopened fluid: expires 5 years from production date, if stored in original packaging in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

To ensure the fog density and functionality are not compromised, we recommend replacing expired fluid as part of regular maintenance.
